Every order comes with a tracking number so you always know where your squish is. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays outside our control.
📦 Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll make it right — no hassle.
↩️ Returns
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- We'll offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation
Because our products ship internationally, we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
