How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 day. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@squishdrop.store and we'll investigate right away.
Can I return my order?

Are your squishies safe?
Yes. All our products are tested for safety and are free from harmful materials. They're suitable for ages 3 and up, though small parts may be present in some products — always check the product description.
